weird internet problem

Tonight and last night in CS/TF2 I've been lagging like crazy. Looking at the netgraph, I pretty much have an average on 50% or more "lose" (is this packet lose? I'm not actually sure what the values on netgraph mean). So of course I'm freezing and rubberbanding constantly. I've restarted my router and pc (and was away from home all day with the pc off). I can watch streams fine. I can loads sites fine. I do a speedtest and it's all normal. I can stream without issue (except that the gameplay I'm streaming is lagged out). Nothing at all seems to be wrong except that when I'm connected to a game it is unplayable. Anyone know what I could do to fix this/what's happening?

Did you try uninstalling and re installing? Because if you've tried all that and haven't gotten anything I don't see what else it could possibly be.

Been trying others games. So far it just seems to be CS and TF2.

Here's a video sorta demonstrating the problem: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D8N47dc5ITg
Glad I can stream the problem in high quality lol.
EDIT: l4d2 seems fine. Rules out a weird source only games lag I guess. Arma2 and a few other random games seemed fine though.

Just to see if it's the same problem I was having a while back, try alt-tabbing while ingame. I had a problem where if the game was alt-tabbed I would have a perfect connection, but if I was sending input I would lag.

If it's the same thing with you, it only fixed after I reformatted...

Oh boy. Guess I'm gonna have to reformat. Thanks for the responses though. Gonna try some more things to avoid that the next few days though, people hit me up if you have any idea.s

PokemonAdventureAre you on wifi?

This too. I switched from WiFi to wired and the problem never arose again. I only made the switch after I formatted, though, and WiFi used to work fine.
