Getting this error. I've done everything that this guy did http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2639965. Unless I figure it out, guess I'm stuck with dota.

Wait it out or go to steam beta, that fixed it for me when it wouldnt work, or you could change your steam download server thing to somewhere out of the country
