blinKI don't know why people are playing in invite if they know they can't make/afford to go to the LAN. ESEA is bad enough as it is if we have a horrendous showing at this event it'll probably be the end for us having any type of LAN. Once that happens you can say goodbye to top tier tf2 in the Americas for a while because the 2 top teams will just stop playing. If you're 17 or 18 playing 80 hours of TF2 a week you should get a full time job and cut your playtime in half. Hopefully invite gets better next season.

hrg went to lan s11 and i believe rick and i paid out of pocket half of our tickets and omar paid his entire ticket back when the 4th place prize money was only $800. that paid for our canadians. suck it up and pay some money, if you can't get the money yourself you shouldn't be asking the community for 'donations' or spending money on tf2 items. the next team in line deserves to go instead if they can actually pay.
