I used this thing about 3-4 years ago and it's just been sitting in my cupboard collecting dust ever since and I think it's time to sell it.

Virtually no scratches and no dents. Comes with the power cord and usb cord. Original box got thrown out years ago (thanks mom) and the capture software CD is nowhere to be found BUT you can download the free capture software here: http://www.hauppauge.com/capture/

Originally bought for about $220 brand new and they still sell for the same. Tested it out and it works perfectly. Looking to get $90 OBO.
Please private message me here on the forum.

I will be in the Hamilton/Stoney Creek area from now till Sat, Dec 28th.
From there I will be in the Ottawa area from Sun, Dec 22 to Tues Dec 24.
I will then be back in the Hamilton/Stoney Creek area from Wed, Dec 25 to Sun, Jan 12.
I will then be in the Washington, DC area from there on out as I'm back to school.

Yours faithfully,
Dagger

edit: I don't have a car, you'll have to come to my place if you live nearby :S I'll throw in some free cookies though

I don't want to be mean but I think your price is a bit high since it's only 150 new with warranty. While I understand it's barely used, the age is going to affect the price. Also, free shipping since it seems you want a person to pick it up. Good luck in the sale

I own @johnsfatcock's old pvr.

This device is pretty dated to be honest, especially that it has no hdmi input/output. Streaming with it was awful when I tried like a year or two ago. Maybe updated software n obs made it better. Local cap is pretty good though. And it's a pretty swag blue light on top of the box.

I wouldn't pay more than $100 (including shipping) for one today. So many better products in the mid $100 range.

Hey thanks, didn't notice it sold for $150 in the States. Still sells for $200+ in Canada though: http://www.amazon.ca/Hauppauge-1212-Definition-Personal-Recorder/dp/B0018LX0DY/ref=sr_1_sc_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1388032116&sr=8-2-spell&keywords=hauppauge+hr+pvr

anyways, I've lowered the price, thanks for the input!

Still think it maybe too high. I'm pretty sure that amazon in CAN is always more expensive and I believe that tigerdirect is what most Canadians use, so I wanted to point this out to you.

http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=7746645

Upgraded model with 1080 and two hdmi ports. I am not trying to reduce the price by saying this stuff, since I have no use for it, but I just still don't think you will sell it for the price. You also need to think that the person has to pick it up. My first advice, at least ship it.

It's a little outdated but if all you want to do is record consoles or tv (and you are using component cables) then you won't be paying for any gimmicky stuff. Also it does record in 1080p. also I'm open to offers, $90 isn't firm or anything.
I'm open to shipping too. If you just happen to live in my area it's just easier.
