recently i've noticed that i've been pinging a constant 130-170 on nfo servers, specifically chicago servers. the odd thing is that i ping perfectly fine during daytime hours and extremely late into the night. this ping rise only occurs basically during 8-12pm est making it impossible to scrim. during these times i ping fine to other servers. i know some people have had similar issues but i have yet to see a real definite answer to fixing it. thanks in advance to anyone that can help.

Probably your routing. Call your isp I'd it stays a problem.

Run traceroute (tracert in Windows) and see if there's one hop that's problematic? If so, talk to your ISP, but it may actually be out of their hands if it's with some upstream provider or network.
