Seems like my GPU is the bottleneck in newer games these days, and the 670 is the shit, having been out long enough not to be retarded. What are the best all around cards? Hopefully like $350 or less.

For TF2, you wouldn't need it. But if you were to play some graphic intensive games, I've heard good things about any brand of GTX 670.

The MSI power edition is top dog.

ty.... hadn't looked at that one.
Seems nice to OC, so the couple extra bucks might be worthwhile.

Do not buy a 670. Buy a 660ti power edition from MSI. Save some money, get same performance.
Good talk. Cya out there.

The EVGA670FTW is basically a 680 (same pcb, same cooler, just like maybe a couple fps more) So that's also a nice pickup. It was on sale for 350 on newegg. Edit: Nevermind it was a -20.00 rebate and -20.00 instant :/

The 670 and the 680 net you roughly the same performance. The 660ti power edition also nets you the same performance as those cards, making the 670/680 completely obsolete.
Note: I have 2 680s and I am mad at myself for not waiting until the 660ti was released. Much better value :/

Only real difference looks to be memory bus... Which does make noticeable difference in some applications, and absolutely zero in others, but at roughly 90% of the performance and $100 less in cost the value is pretty clear.
