My TF2 is slightly offset from my screen - there is a black bar down the right hand side of the screen. This means that the buttons on my menu are offset, and I have to click on empty space to the left of the text in order to click on the button. Anyone know how to fix this?

Launch options are: -windowed -noborder -w 1366 -h 768
Can't upload screenshots as I am at school with a proxy meaning I can't upload files .-.
