I just started streaming today - I recently moved and now have enough bandwidth to do it. I plan on streaming TF2 just about everyday, and some random games with friends from time to time. Tonight/tomorrow I will most likely be streaming an ultiduo tournament (my pov of it, maybe cast some other matches). I haven't been on a team - mostly because of having terrible internet in the past year or more. I plan on trying to backup this coming season, and play full time the next. I've been involved in stream watching/community giving for the past year+ so I am hyped to finally have the hardware and connection to stream myself. The requirements said you need to have streamed for 5 days, but i though I would go ahead and get this topic up. If anything else is required, let me know. Thank you,

Hi timesthelegallimit,
It looks like you just got your stream up and running, and while I'd love to add you to the TeamFortress.TV list of streams, I cannot add your stream at this point in time.
We're looking for people who consistently stream TF2 throughout the course of a single week as per the guidlelines listed here: http://teamfortress.tv/forum/thread/1769-request-guidelines-and-format
If you want some tips for getting your stream added, check here:
http://teamfortress.tv/forum/thread/6317-teamfortress-tv-listings-and-twitch-tv-team
I understand that you plan on streaming more TF2 in the future, but your stream is simply too new. We want to see people that can consistently stream throughout the week, and so we ask that you bump your thread when you feel that you have met this requirement.
I look forward to taking another look at your stream very soon.
Thanks,
MR SLIN

I've been consistently streaming everyday, started Monday. I've mostly played TF2, little bit of L4D2 with friends. I've also upload some highlights/ultiduo pov to my youtube. I'd like to request that you take another look. Thank you,

Hey. My stream disappeared from the sidebar a few days ago as it has been pointed out to me. I took about a 2 week break from TF2 (needed one mentally I felt) so I streamed mostly CS:GO and other random games for a while. I started streaming TF2 again a few days ago (along with other games still). Please put me back on.
It should be obvious, but this is a Team Fortress 2 website. I personally didn't take your stream down, but if someone notices that you're not streaming TF2 it may get taken down.
I checked your past broadcasts, and it was confirmed that you don't stream much TF2:
I'm not sure what you're expecting.
[Edit] I realized that you're streaming TF2 but you're putting it under the CS:GO label. Keep streaming and bump in a few days.

The 2:43:10 vod has TF2 in it, I just changed the game half way through (and changed via my dashboard).
The 7:59:13 vod has TF2 in it, and i changed the game in my vod, it just lists CS.
I have a vod from today with TF2 listed. I understand why a stream that has minimal TF2 action recently might be removed, but why not contact that individual or post in their stream thread rather than removing it? I only took a 2 week break; most people take breaks.
I wouldn't be upset but there's an amount of inconsistency - I've seen plenty of streams staying up on the sidebar for pretty long periods while not streaming TF2. Maybe I'm not a very known figure in the community, but I donate to streamers, charity events, lan funds, etc - I feel that I've contributed to the community enough that I deserve to at least be contacted before my stream gets taken off the sidebar. It's not like I'm getting hundreds of viewers - I'm just one of the bottom streams on the sidebar.
Just looking at the sidebar now -
Meb's past broadcasts have 1/10 as TF2, and Jesus' last TF2 listed vod was 5 months ago.
I feel that if this is going to be enforced it should be enforced to everyone. And as a general suggestion, I feel like it would be simple and preferable to message people before taking their stream off, or when taking their stream off.
Can you put me in contact with whoever did take my stream off? Thank you,

Please don't take it personally. It's just a pruning that happens. I've re-added you.
Also in the future, forum moderators don't individually contact people when their stream gets taken off. They simply assume that the person has stopped playing TF2, and they take their stream off. It's as simple as that. If we tried to contact every single person who stopped playing TF2, it would be a lot of work, and we wouldn't be guaranteed a response.

Noted. Thank you.

Hey. My stream is now at http://www.hitbox.tv/timesthelegallimit
I'm not sure how this site really works yet but I streamed about an equal amount of TF2 and CS:GO tonight, with some Cards Against Humanity. If the sidebar link could be changed that'd be great; thanks.

This website does not support Hitbox.TV at this time, but the site owner does plan on adding support for it in a few weeks...if it's still around.
Ok. Twitch issued a public apology that satisfies me so go ahead and ignore my request.
I've been streaming more TF2, so bumped. Please add it back.
