I am just asking cause ive watched A LOT of reviews for both these games and I get some good and some bad. I played a little bit of the ESO beta but it didn't really capture my attention from the start. Granted I only played maybe 30 min of it.
Wildstar looks more like a WoW but from reviews people are saying its almost a next gen version. I have never played WoW so i dont really know what that means I guess. Below if their site with trailers and such if you want to check it out.

ESO seems to be more focused on realistic play with more focus on PVP battles. I hear the PVE is kind of boring but I myself really didn't get a good taste but what I did experience didn't really blow me away. Below is Elder Scrolls Online website if you have not seen what they offer.

I am curious to see how many people have already preordered any of these games or if you might be planning to. The reason I got info on Wildstar as I have never heard of it was because after looking for reviews for ESO people were comparing these two games. Wildfire looks a little cartoonish but if you can look past that the PVE raids look cool imo.

I might hop into Wildstar. It's fun with no tab-targeting and the dungeons are actually hard and challenging.
Also, people compare it to Vanilla WoW mostly. When composition mattered and everything was harder, so take that as you will.

I might be getting ESO. Not too sure how I feel about paying $60 on top of the $15/mo sub, but we'll see how it goes. It was really fun while I played it though.

Yeah that is kind of a hang up for me right now. A lot of reviews keep saying ESO will go F2P in a year but idk

I am not much of an mmo guy in general, but when I heard from about ESO I was intrigued. When I got into one of the early access beta tests (mostly for server strength and critical game breaking bugs)it was mostly just a regular mmo with an Elder Scroll tag on it. Then i heard the pricing for it and it really (from my experience) does not justify that amount of money to be put into as WoW in its prime did. From what I hear about Wildstar it isn't that good in general. I will probably just wait for ESO to go f2p and play if for a bit then never pick it up again.

This is a situation where that would honestly be better for ZM than keeping it at $60 w/ a sub.

Thinking about hopping on that wildstar train.

I played in the ESO beta and for the most part it was enjoyable. Combat was ok, quests were ok, crafting was ok as well. Playing with friends was difficult because their group system was slightly flawed but I expect that to be fixed in the final release.
It wasn't the best experience and I don't think I can justify throwing $60 + $15/month at ESO.

I enjoy MMOs but I've played both betas and have been disappointed.
