black screen crash

After about 5 minutes of playing Titanfall or Battlefield 4 I get this black screen and my computer is basically in sleep mode. It happens instantly and I have to end up restarting my computer. Restarting my computer works sometimes but other time it starts up then goes back to that black screen, or blue screens or just resets all together.

I was then playing tf2 and my game looked like this

More than likely your GPU is failing.

the blackscreen was almost definitely due to overheating, but i've never seen such noticeable artifacts unless a card was failing, like #2 said.

i dont think its overheating but maybe i could get something to check temperature. my computer is like a fucking air conditioner it outputs so much cold air
