Hello tf2 tv.
I have been having this problem with sniping lately where headshots don't count or count as bodyshots.
Then last night is where it was really bad. heavy was standing still and i had to headshot him 10 times befor it counted. no one was lagging either so thats out of the picture,

try lowering your interp
it could be that you aren't properly compensating for the delay between when you click and when your shot actually comes out and you just think it's a hitreg problem
