TF2 freezing on certain servers

Hi
On some servers, I get extreme lag, and freeze a lot. I have seen it on only two servers, one of them pub, one competitive. It means I can't play on either of those servers. Validating files does not help, sadly. Anyone know how to fix it?

Edit: Thanks for editing it to actually make sense... and the reason I responded the way I did is because there is no reason to make a thread when you're going to answer your own question anyway. You said it only happened to two servers which means that it probably has to do with those servers and there is nothing you can do about it on your end. Just don't play on those servers.

Yea, sorry, was in a rush to finish this as I had to go do some other stuff. I know that I shouldn't, but one of those servers is owned by a team I ring for sometimes, so I just want to fix it so I can actually play on their server if they need me.
