My friend and i were arguing about these launch options i thought they were not needed anymore in order too turn off mouse acceleration. After looking at some dated forms i found a mixed array of answers, does anyone actually know if theses are needed anymore?

I think these were used before m_rawinput was added and arent needed anymore. Could be wrong
