Zowie RMA procedure

Hey guys, quick question here:

I RMA'd my Zowie FK and it arrived at their facility last Friday but I haven't heard anything back from them yet. I was wondering if anybody who has dealt with Zowie directly for RMA's could let me know if that's normal, and/or how long it took for them to get their mouse back.

P.S. I live in the US.

3 days? RMAs usually take about 1-2 weeks.

it's been 1 business day since they got it, be patient
