it's more that it's just an asinine question
hows it asinine i use a custom crosshair that this guy thinks is nice. its better to minusfrag him and be sarcastic than to help him out though
my crosshair comes from rayshud combined with broesels crosshairswitcher where i set the settings to cross, large and purple

All I'm saying is the question itself is asinine, not the content of the question - it's something that simply doesn't warrant its own thread. But, fortunately you were able to give him the answer he wanted directly, so it worked out
So he should ask the question in some random unrelated thread? Or search until he finds a thread about crosshairs and necro it?

he could also just PM/add max lol
i personally don't see a problem with these types of threads (especially in the tf2 help section), but i also don't think the responses from everyone (including max) was very good either tbh
