I finally got the mumble overlay to work by deleting mat_antialias from my autoexec, but somehow my game is really laggy now, I play it with like 20 fps, does anybody have a solution for this?

Try -dxlevel 81. I had a similar issue, and changing dx to 8 helped a lot.
