Trouble with Reskins?

After the new update, I noticed that a couple of my reskins aren't appearing in game...anyone else having this problem?

Typical block and tackling done by politicians, they are ignoring the Iraq crises and Ukraine and instead are focusing on the Redskin's name. Its not even the first time they removed the patient either. Rights activist have been fighting for the name change forever the only reason its come up like this is because politicians would rather talk about the name change and look like good guys fighting for change than other more pressing matters.

dude the rocket launcher looks terrible now
the end of the medigun looks kind of weird
scattergun's reloading animation is bad
...maybe that's b/c I played with them for several years though. Just me.

the end of the medigun looks kind of weird
scattergun's reloading animation is bad
