Broken Sniper Scope

I recently tried to get a high 4:3 resolution so I tried 1600x1200. Now, when I scope in, the scope doesn't actually zoom in and my fov is still the same. I also can't unzoom. I was wondering if there is any fix for this or if I should just stop using 1600x1200. Thanks.

1600x1200 is pretty damn high, obviously what you play in is personal preference but idk seems a bit much

I use a higher res because I noticed that I get slightly more fps with higher resolutions.

Also I joined another server and it fixed so I was being an idiot. Lock the thread please.
