I want to make a pug server, specifically 4v4 but I've had some problems like with the player limit because some teams would have 5-6 players so if someone can help me with the cfg's plugins etc I would appreciate it

I'm confused about what exactly you're asking. Is there a reason why you can't just upload the UGC 4v4 configs to your server and exec them?

I have the config but more than 4 people can join a team, also I'm looking for any pug related plugins

thats fine if more than 4 can join a team, the server would be passworded, and you would only have 8 in the server anyways for 4v4? Unless i'm misunderstanding what you mean by pug server.

I guess the only real plugin that's useful would be sizzlingstats. Other than that, a config that turns on tournament mode and sets up some win conditions is all you need to play a pug.

He could be referring to how in Mix, if you join a server with 12 and attempt to join a team, it won't let you. If it's a public pug group it helps deal with trolls and makes games without admins easier. I believe that is custom coded by Mix however, as I haven't seen it elsewhere.
