how to get the wings just for the scout

okay so i have brosel hud and i have a hud dot and i want the wings from the default scout crosshair on my scout class how can i get and make it lime green
please help would be appreciated

Go to options > multiplayer > crosshairs > none, then make another thread asking how to do it
