Is your system really dusty? It could be overheating and cause some issues. Get one of those programs that monitors temp. https://www.sapphireselectclub.com/ssc/TriXX/ It has one GPU temp. monitor but I am sure there are better ones
Also check if you have too many background process' going on that is causing issues (ctrl + alt + del and is second tab)
