animation fix?

I think everyones experienced the buggy animations lately like shutter doors being broken as fuck. But i cant do with it anymore, how do i fix it?

Doesn't work, I've been emailing them for MONTHS about various issues, advice/suggestion about the game, and even praise for doing somethings and not a single response.
