Editing prec?

Was wondering if there's a way to edit prec so that when you prec_mark it marks a 1000 ticks behind from when you marked.
For example if you hit an airshot at tick 10,000. You may not mark it till tick 10,500. So if you can make it mark a 1000 ticks back then it'll make it easier to record said clip.
Dunno if this is possible or not.

oooooor, you just go back a 1000 ticks everytime you want to check your bookmarks
