1) Move the health and ammo up by changing the ypos.
2) Look at BX-HUD and try implementing that into your HUD.
3) Look at the default HUD and try implementing that cross into your HUD.
4) I have no idea what you mean by that, but you'll probably need to edit 'huditemeffectmeter_killstreak.res'.
