HL2.exe crash

somehow ive been getting a lot of hl2.exe crashes lately.
ive tried reinstalling and verifying my game, didnt work.
i think it happens mostly when i click (m1 to shoot) and i dont know what is causing it :/
does anyone know or have any tips?

yeah has been happening to me since like a couple of updates ago, first i thought it was because i twitched and clicked out of the game, but it also happens when i click normally.

still crashing, have disabled all custom stuff (hud,etc) :(
does anyone have the same problem, i still cant find the source
