Kill/Death and Damage help

So i'm using default hud and I want to remove the kills, deaths and damage counters from the scoreboard (they distract me) but I have no idea how to do this. Please help.

scoreboard.res in resource/ui. change xpos to 9999 under "Deathslabel", "Deaths", "Killslabel", "Kills", and "damagelabel", "damage".
