if you use the obs game capture source, it'll stop capturing the game if you're alt tabbed soo yeah, just for those using it. also there is stream delay built in on it right now in the latest "experimental" build. http://obsproject.com/temp/test8.zip for those who want it, and it allows gifs and the way it drops frame is different now, it doesn't cause the stream to stutter anymore.

I've never noticed a difference in time taken to process a demo w/ 480fps, whether alt+tabbed or not.

it's not really working for me. i also use an alt+tab program and this command is forcing me to tab to Tf2 twice because it's messing it up
