Friend of mine is asking me to come up with a build around $400 for a decent rig. Will mostly just be doing gaming on tf2 and cs and stuff, not too many resource-intensive activities. Has an OS, but needs a monitor and everything else. This is what I came up with:

I want to get it under $400 if possible, but I couldn't really find the best way to cut corners. Anyone have any suggestions or other builds?

Looks okay, not sure about that monitor though. Make sure to actually use the mail in rebates, would be a shame to forget about them and lose 80$
