I'm looking for any accepting team. I can play tf2 very competitively. My main goal in doing this to get at least tried out for a team. I play good Sniper and scout. I dont play good soldier.

You seem to be fairly new to competitive, glad you've taken an interest! I recommend you head over the the ugc forums, ugc is generally a better league for newer players to learn about the game with. The ugc forums can be found here: http://www.ugcleague.com/forum/
Also i recommend you tell people more about yourself, such as what class you play, what times you can play, things along those lines.
