are you using the dolby surround sound or something like that? should be a little switch on your headset.

I have a g930 with that switch idk if the g430 does.

-edit-

Wait is this all audio? or just audio recorded from the microphone? pretty sure you have a driver setting ticked wrong, or a switch on the headset either way though.

It was not echoing when I used it on my last PC, so it's obviously not a headset problem. I've thoroughly gone through the RealTek drivers I had installed at first. This echoing doesn't seem to be applicable to any of my drivers. It still persists even with all audio drivers uninstalled, so it must be an on board problem, but my BIOS doesn't seem to have any audio settings except for switching HD audio off and I tried that already.

Have you tried installing logitech drivers?

Unless you've been using the dongle on your old pc, I guarantee you that you had drivers installed and echo cancellation enabled. It's not going to happen on a new pc unless you install those drivers again. There's a reason why audio drivers exist.
