hello tf.tv,

today when I started up a game on steam (any game on steam, tf2, csgo, garry's mod etc), my game would lag suuuuper hard. my mouse cursor would skip and stutter, my in game music would also lag and it would virtually be impossible to even click on anything. It wasn't only in game lag too but when a game is running as I'm alt-tabbed, my windows would also lag. same mouse cursor issue with the skipping and stuttering, and if I had music playing on youtube for example, the sound would stutter like the in game music.

does anybody know what's causing this lag issue? literally cannot play anything on steam. and yes, I've tried restarting my pc, but it didn't help. If you need any information on my pc or anything, feel free to ask.
