I would like to play csgo MM with some people around the MG2-DMG level, I was at DMG a few months ago and made the mistake of solo matchmaking and slowly made my way down to MG1.

Yea that group is pretty much dead. You're better off just adding people.

Here's a couple good resources that I use myself:

Also you should look up on youtube smokes and flashes for some of the standard maps, you don't have to memorize every smoke and flash right away to be good, but they can definitely help your team ingame
