Awesome! I'm not entirely sure when I'll be there on Friday but should be around in the evening, 5-8.
We used to have Waffle Balls, but keeping quality waffle batter on hand when its infrequently ordered isn't worth it :( Apparently they were amazing though cuz people keep asking about em.
P.S. Portland LAN April 25th w/ Special Guest Star Mana - http://www.reddit.com/r/PortlandBurnsiders/comments/2zqymg/initial_post_lan_april_25th_thegameroompdx/

Glad someone on here caught that ;) Mostly people just laugh at it, only a few have actually been sold.

what is a "gluten free option" for a meatball shop? isnt meat already gluten free? it seems fairly simple to keep it that way.

meatballs need a binding agent which is usually flour or something similar

you guys should make one as big as basketball (maybe not that big) and have customers attempt to finish it all within a set time limit like the kind of insane stuff on man vs food.
im pretty sure i could eat a basketball sized meatball

Most meatballs need flour in order for them to stick together. If you try making them without any sort of binding agent they're going to fall apart completely. And a lot of meat in general can have certain seasonings or rubs that contain gluten.
