Looking for recommendations on a capture card that I can use to stream.
Requirements:
1. 1080p and 30-60 fps.
2. Works with OBS as a direct feed to Twitch.
3. Can record my PC and Xbox (via HDMI)
4. Preferably uses PCI on my motherboard, so I'd like to install it into my PC
Thanks for the help in advance :)

I think a good portion of youtubers use the elgato's https://www.elgato.com/en/gaming . Not totally sure on their PC recording but OBS does that and you are going to use that anyways so that works out.
Edit
Forgot to mention that most of the 1080p capable capture devices are going to cost $100+ in case you were wondering.

I'm interested in the FPS and CPU usage benefits of not using game capture.
