Settings button not working?

Whenever I click on the settings button (with the gear) the usual context menu does not popup. Am I the only one getting this?

Gear works for me on Chrome ver. 42.0.2311.90 m
Can you let us know what browser and what extensions/plugins you're running?

The settings button on the stream page is broken for me. Running latest version of chrome.
