You obviously haven't ever played against a team much much better than you then? It's certainly possible to know you're gonna lose but still give 100%. Even outside this context, to say that you can't perform 100% without genuinely believing you're gonna win is just simply not true.

That shouldn't matter. I don't care how much better my opponents are than me, I'm always going to go into a game trying to do my best, make it as close as I can and if they really are that much better than me, hopefully I'll learn something along the way. If I'm going in with a losing mentality I might as well just forfeit, maybe other people see it differently and can still give it their all while expecting to lose but I don't see how.

Ullapool was only uncrated in the salvaged crate so it's one of the most valuable stranges. I know saloon doesn't use backpack.tf for values but many items have approx values there, if u check here you can see that's the correct value.

Strange Caber is 4 Keys, a Key is 19 Ref, so 76 Ref is correct.
The list above is in usd, the knife is around 10 Keys, so more than the caber, thats why the caber isnt on there with the knife being the cheapest listed

truth is our community is in a bad state right now where people aren't too hyped about the game anymore and not many people are feeling like doing much. tho I can say to you that the last time these two teams faced each other, two weeks ago, it looked like it was a pretty close game, with kodo's team winning gullywash 3x2 and viaduct 4x3. afaik, 1st has arguably more experienced players, and I think that if they are in form, they could win.
