Interesting reading on this important issue for you muricans
" Above all, we’re taking aim at the problem of overclassification. The government has used secrecy and the claim of national security interests to ward off public oversight. No reform can be effective unless we bring more sunlight into how the government is interpreting the law and the surveillance programs it is turning against law-abiding citizens. This necessitates an overhauling of the classification system, reforms to the security clearance process, strong protections for whistleblowers, even more transparency to the FISA Court, and addressing the abuses of the state secrets privilege."
Took 14 years to do this bill since the Patriot Act in 2001. The FBI confirmed into a senate commitee that apparently, even with the accumulation of massive data on citizens, they havent been able to arrest one terrorist in a preventive way. rip.

I like how they name these acts "Freedom" and "Patriot". If someone opposes them, they can go " You're against freedom", "You're not a patriot"

Yao, if x3 is saying shit, you better listen.
Yao, if x3 is saying shit, you better listen.
Well actually vibhavp, USA PATRIOT Act and USA FREEDOM Act are acronyms and stand for
Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism Act
and
Uniting and Strengthening America by Fulfilling Rights and Ending Eavesdropping, Dragnet-collection and Online Monitoring Act
So you can see they have nothing to do with Freedom or Patriots

flameim no lawyer but how credible are 4 eyewitness reports for cases like these?
I could find 4 people to testify that they saw eXtine use a lowercase x one time. Seems questionable.
CAUGHT IN THE ACT
