This is my favorite thread
Mr. Tech108, people tend not to care about how expensive your loadout is, or how good you are at playing your class on pub servers. The things people care about are experience in a competitive environment, enthusiasm towards improvement, and personality. As long as you have the essentials (mic/mumble/tf2), you can play on a team. Fortunately, you seem to be very enthusiastic to improve, so you'll probably do well
Unfortunately, this LFT board largely caters to ESEA 6v6 players. Like Jerm said above, since you are a spy main lacking competitive experience, you might want to try posting on the UGC forums to look for a Highlander team in the Iron division.
Good luck finding a team and improving :)
