What's the best compression programme/codec and settings to use to get the most quality out of a 1080p 60fps frag movie while still decreasing the size?
georgeHandBrake is pretty good.
STOGEHandbrake is amazing, would definitely recommend!
Any recommended settings?

I always just used the default ones, but you'd best do some googling to get the best possible quality etc.. you can get if it's for a fragmovie.

Kirby has a great guide where he suggest easy h.264
I find h.264 leaves me with a corrupted or grainy video if not put on the right settings.
Adobe media encoder is best imo and usually quickest, Kaneco even put out some settings to use and even shows how to use them

huhy recommended ripbot a while back so that's what I use. His recommended settings are in that video tutorial he made ages ago - youtube search "huhy tf2 recording".
Thanks for all your suggestions guys. I just wanna give big props to george for adding me and helping me out with Sony Vegas, HandBrake and all this stuff. <3
AppGeeker converter (www.appgeeker.com) is a great utility that works well to compress the video files and lets you select the quality from high, normal to low. Take it a shot.
