Seems pretty handful, I've tried doing what he did and I have to say the difference is noticable.

Dr Levi is real deal, check his other stuff do. It's cool to see him direct his focus on gaming injuries and stress without coming across as corny in any respect.
oh this is very interesting. I play Osu! In the past 8 months I suffered from RSI 3 times. I needed some hand and wrist exercises and stretches since that game is very intense. Thanks for sharing
I first saw this video myself about 8 months ago or so. If you play any sort of instrument I would definitely recommend these stretches as well. I use a Launchpad myself quite frequently and would often experience sore wrists and fingers, but these stretches have most certainly helped me.

Thanks, Dr. Levi!
Back when I was pushing 80+ hours every two weeks back last summer I was getting tons of pain in my wrists and knuckles. Number one thing I did that helped was I stopped popping my knuckles completely. Knuckle pain went away. Then I lowered my sens and became an arm aimer. Wrist pain went away.
As I've been learning keyboards, one of the things I've been focusing on is hand warm-ups. Focusing mostly on the expansion and contraction of the hand. These warm ups help me before I game too.
my actions per minute, speed, and efficiency have improved a lot after watching this video
used some of these in a melee weekly and my fingers weren't in pain after an hour
Glad I came across this. Helps with how jittery I get after extended periods of time, thanks.

When I started doing upside down exercises I added those wrist stretches to my daily routine and at the same time noticed how I wasn't getting wrist pain from gaming or typing anymore. Pretty useful stuff if you work *and* play in front of a computer.

I wouldn't be surprised actually if he was recruited as a team doctor for some big cs or dota teams
