Random Popup from WIndows

I'm getting this weird popup from windows about every half hour and sometimes it tabs out my tf2 which sucks :/

This is what it looks like. I have ran malware scans and virus scans and everything scan and all of the searches come up clean.

Thanks in advance for any tips on how to make it stop :)

tl;dr - basically what I'm finding as a recurring theme, nearly everywhere, is getting rid of SysMenu.dll

I used a program called Everything found here: http://www.voidtools.com/

and searched for files by the name: SMupdate1, SMupdate2, and SMupdate3.

I didn't figure out how to do this on my own my friend air helped me out :)

(By the way I found the files in C:\Windows\System32\Tasks\Microsoft\Windows scattered through random folders)
