Hey, just wondering what floor/room we're all supposed to be picking seats in for i55 LAN? i52 was in the Lower Ground last year, are we planning to stay in the basement again this year?
Update: - 1st July 2015
Multiplay have released their new "seat picker date" of Friday 6pm BST|7pm CEST|10am PST|1pm CST
People were booking extra seats for their tents so I think the seating going to be flashed clean. IF you've booked your seat before this time, you haven't booked your seat at all.

I can't actually see the seat picker with the system change as I don't have an allocated ticket yet. What areas are there, and is there any colour coding to indicate where they suggest us to go?
If there's an outside structure, like a temporary marquee type thing (ala i49?) I have a feeling that will be the best bet for us.
I am waiting on details and confirmation of the setup area we will get for TFTV production. The stage in the lower ground hall will not be ours this time. That will be used for the e-sports finals. Unfortunately, it doesn't sound like i'll have an answer until next week as the office is out at minecon.

TF2's color is still brown, brought over from last year, by the looks of this:

Nobody has picked a seat under TF2 just yet by the looks of things.

Aah there is a normal link, thanks! It doesn't look like they've done much with the colours (other than staff area to restrict picking it) so I don't know. They are apparently having a few problems with the system though so it might be fairly low on priorities.
I'm not sure there's enough seats on that right now for the tickets they have sold/will sell. I'm assuming they're going for ~3000 or so again but surely that picker only covers about 2000 (rough estimate..)
Eon will be community games I imagine as it has been for every event, Ayresford is staff, Legends Lounge will be LoL-related presumably, Lounge One for console, so that leaves LG for CS, probably stuff like dota...
There are some seats blocked out in grey on LG which could be related to ours, but there's a block of 24 and we only have 12 tickets reserved (for the NA teams).
tl:dr I haven't got a fucking clue

Hopefully this new ticket system doesn't prove too much of a hassle. Seat picking last year was real easy, especially for us in big groups. I'm hoping those in groups don't miss out due to this confusing system.
EDIT: seat picker has verified my ticket (comes up as 2 because I bought the Early Access), so it's wise to do the same now if you wish to get your seat.

Edited because I need to learn how to read threads.

Looks like it's gone live again. Are we all piling in to the Lower Ground like last year?

Bumping because there aren't too many blocks of seats left, I've just reserved a placeholder seat on Lower Ground but if there is any planned 'tf2 zone' like at i52 it should probably be organised soon.

until we know the state of the tf2 teams attending these seats will be useless

I'm not necessarily talking about the international/prem teams attending, there are still a lot of tf2 players that will be turning up with byoc and it might be an idea to try and cluster rather than scatter over the whole hall.
