Main Sniper looking for a team to play UGC Silver Season 17 NA. i'm looking for a consistent team who wants to win, it don't need to be the better team, but a team thats interested in getting better.

-i'm Brazilian, i can speak and understand english and i'm tired of South American Leagues
-i have a lot of free time
-740 hours as Sniper
-Ping is not a serious problem to me (120 - 160)
