Is it normal that my mouse movement is a little bit more slower in high ping servers then lower ping servers? I feel like my mouse movement on lower ping is more accurate and smoother than higher ping. Is this normal??

nope, i play on 200 ping all the time and its the same mouse movement as 70 ping

IMO it's the same until 200 ping, but rarely when I shoot someone too close I have to flick my mouse just a bit more than normal (170-200), but then it's normal.

i heard cl_smooth causes some shit to be smoother when you have ping (yes, i dont even understand what im trying to say)
i use it on 0 and i feel the sens the same way
