how come i havent found any leagues/tournaments for NA CS besides:

Faceit (Trash tier)
Cevo
ESEA

why is everything only available for EU and will this ever change?

I know CEVO has an amateur league but I was looking for other alternatives besides CEVO to start off. And I heard ESEA isn't worth paying for until you know you are good enough so ESEA-O isn't really an option for me yet I guess.

There is cevo free to start off as well and they are pretty low skill

I have heard that a decent number of people cheat in cevo free though so just be on the lookout.
