SO,when the map changes my game crashes when there is "sending client info" in the bottom right. And right after that I get that vac issue. It disappears after like 10 mins of waiting. It would be ok if hadn't been playing competitive.
Ive tried all of this https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=2117-ILZV-2837&l=english but nothing helped me.It happens right after the crash, and I don't really understand the reason of the crash also.Does anyone has a solution for this?:(

I get this from time to time too and nothing on the support article ever actually helps. It really sucks but you just have to wait it out :/

Exit Steam.
Click Start > Run (Windows Key + R)
Type the following command:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\bin\SteamService.exe" /repair
or
Exit Steam
Delete folder <PATH_TO_STEAM>/appcache/
Open Steam

i had the issue after i upgraded to win10 and the repair thingy fixed it for me back then
but only after a PC restart though, so keep in mind that the repair thing might only work after u restart your PC
