Is it worth upgrading to Windows 10?

It depends on personal preference and junk like that. Take these things to mind:
> Would you not mind the privacy issues?
> Would you want DirectX 12? (no games out for it yet iirc)
> Would you want the "newer" Metro like look.
> Would you want the "return" of the start menu.
> Would you enjoy the apps (Xbox, Store, Crossy Road and etc)
> Would you want Cortana?
There is a-lot more features of different features that can really make or break someone's opinions of the OS.

Why not? Windows 10 isn't super bad, it's actually pretty nice. Runs even better than Windows 7 and 8.1 for me.

I'm currently considering this too, biggest factors in favor are potentially improved performance and the OS being supported longer, factors against are the privacy and my tf2 performance potentially being fucked up.

There are obviously pros and cons, personally I've enjoyed Windows 10 so far and haven't had any issues. Of course with a new OS you are more prone to problems, incompatibilities, and privacy issues. With windows 10 you can expect more performance and features. I have noticed a large performance boost in frame rates, loading screens, web browsing, etc. since making the update. If you are on windows 7 I would do more research first, but if you're on windows 8 I would say go ahead, it's worth it, as long as it's still free.

I upgraded my laptop and first thing was that my toolbar wasnt working so i couldnt even start chrome to search how to fix it... Then when i fixed the toolbar my startmenu wasnt working. I dont like windows 10 either way, but its your choice

If you run games in windowed mode and you're upgrading from win7 or below then you will get a slight input lag increase as what used to be called aero is forced on in windows 8+. Apart from that the actual OS is quite nice, you can uninstall all the apps and make the start menu work how it used to, and there are small performance gains over windows 8 for games. I prefer it over windows 8, and barring the forced updates which you can turn off with the Pro version anyway it's probably an upgrade.

Nah. I use 10 from first release day. Normal OS like W7/W8 and etc. Nothing super-duper cool, but why not? But I very likes new windows style. This border and shadow <3
