he isnt playing around, could you imagine what could happen if we used this community to really bring attention to folks about this? Some people are not even reregistered to vote, because of the bullshit last election, people need to know that this election isnt some fucking sitcom with trump and his money

I honestly think this election is going to make it happen, I mean, my name is future, and for fucks sake I honestly could forsee this man winning election because he is all over this topic

When Justin Trudeau said he was going to legalize weed, I honestly didn't see it as anything else other than a brilliant way to get every young uneducated voter to vote for him. Bernie could potentially be doing to the same thing, at least thats just my opinion on it. In Canada so far people are assuming its going to be government controlled and taxed to fuck, and the assumption is you'll be able to purchase it only from government ran stores similar to alcohol, at least in Ontario, I'm actually not too sure on how the other provinces handle it, except for Quebec where you can buy alcohol in convenience stores.

An article I read awhile back stated essentially the same thing. I'm a bit less pessimistic about his run because of the polls and donors, and that many people are still discovering who he is. Even if he makes office, he'd still have troubles admittedly, but it'd be a step towards a better future pulling away from the extreme right, imo.
