i'm using a tv/pc monitor for my gaming pc and my monitor has been making a really loud buzzing noise whenever i plug in the ac adapter cable into the monitor. It doesn't make the sound when my monitor is off it only makes it when my monitor is on. Pls help

Probs something on the power supply board isn't secured properly, you could try gluing down whatever seems to causing the noise but it's probs not worth it, be seriously careful if you try anything.

Mine does it when I overclock it over 160HZ. Presumably, it's coil whine or something non-damaging.
