So ever since the revolver update came out, it seems like my game's fps has been super stutter-y, and I've tried everything I can think of to fix it
- verifying game cache
- reinstalling csgo
- using different video settings
- cleaning and re-seating all bits of my pc
- checking my temps
also this only happens with csgo, plenty of other games run fine
here's my configs btw in case there's something affecting performance in there:

Try disabling ShadowPlay if you have it, I know it completely destroys my fps in CS:GO.
